Homeowners may reserve the clubhouse for meetings, parties and other events. To determine eligibility of dates and times please check the calendar below (not available for holidays). The homeowner reserving the facility is solely responsible for the facilities during the event, must be a host of the event and must be in attendance during the entire event. The term homeowner refers to a homeowner at Cannon Crossing and does not refer to a child of a homeowner regardless of the child’s age. Use of the clubhouse may not interfere with the regular seasonal hours of the pool.
NOTE OF CAUTION: Cannon Crossing Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny a reservation to any homeowner hosting a party primarily for guests under the age of 21 unless the homeowner can satisfactorily assure the Board of the association that proper and adequate adult supervision will be provided. Because the facilities are located at poolside, homeowners hosting events including under aged guests must make provisions to ensure the safety of these guests.
The cost of the club house is $125 which will be charged after an available reservation is selected. Once the an available date is chosen and the payment of $125 is confirmed the reservation will be approved and you will be notified via e-mail. If the club house is not left in the condition in which it is found, any cleaning fees and or damages will be charged to the home owners account.
